Top Plate of Handrail Nailing
Lay the top 2 x 4 on top of the bottom 2 x 4 and put two
16 nails at the bottom and start working your way up the handrail
nailing one 16d nail over every vertical 2 x 4 until you reach the top
where you will put two more nails side-by-side like you did on the
bottom completing the handrail nailing. |
