| 3 x 12 stair stringers can give
addition support to a stairway. I have had to use 3 x 12 for building
stairs for commercial buildings that require heavy loads and long
stringer spans. The floors on these commercial buildings are usually
over 10 feet in height. Often they are higher. You will need a 8 - 1/4
saw to cut these stringers.
