Concrete Tread Damage

Concrete, metal and wood sometimes just don't work well together.  The concrete tread with a steel bracket connecting to a wood stair stringer could become a problem.  The lower tread at an angle like this might not be as big of a problem as a stair tread falling from the center of the stairs.  But this nevertheless is a problem.  The concrete stair tread is just missing a couple bolts, this is an easy fix.

Another temporary solution to this problem is to put some sort of a concrete block or metal bracket underneath the bottom stair tread.
